User wants to downgrade their subscription plan from Professional to Basic, Mousiki provides an option to do with ease.

Navigate to My Account > Profile > Subscription Tab, to see all subscription related details

click Select button below Basic section

Click Confirm button in the Downgrade/Upgrade dialog

Once clicked Confirm button, If you exceeds teachers limit of Basic plan, you will be notified in downgrade notification dialog. Then you have to remove the exceeding student limit before you proceed with the downgrade.

Note: Unless user have to met the student limit of basic, user unable to downgrade the current business plan.

After you met the student limit count for basic, you can downgrade the plan to basic using your existing credit amount.
