User wants to downgrade their subscription plan from Business to Professional, Mousiki provides an option to do with ease.

Navigate to My Account > Profile > Subscription Tab, to see all subscription related details

click Select button below Professional section

Click Confirm button in the Downgrade/Upgrade dialog

Once clicked Confirm button, If you exceeds teachers limit of Professional plan, you will be notified in downgrade notification dialog. Then you have to remove the exceeding teachers limit before you proceed with the downgrade.

Note: Unless user have to met the teachers limit of professional, user unable to downgrade the current business plan.

After you met the teachers limit count for professional, you can downgrade the plan to professional using your existing credit amount.
